DD is now 10 months..and still an avid BFer. She still refuses most solids so is still EBF for the most part.
She has never BF for longer than 10 mins..she is an efficient nurser, eats, pops off and goes about her business. Even at night, she still nursed every hour or 2 but would unlatch as soon as she was done and turn over, go to sleep.
I don't know what has changed and its usually pretty obvious when shes teething and this doesn't seem like it. However, she has been wanting to nurse every 30 mins sometimes lately. Shes not getting anything because shes already drained both every hour but she just wants to lay here attached to me. It has also rolled over to night and nap time, I can't get her to sleep at all without having her nurse for 15-20 mins and she wants to be attached to me all night. She was never like this.
So my questions are: 1. Why would she be doing this now? She just got her 7/8th teeth through a few weeks ago and for once doesn't seem to be hurting so I don't think it's teething...but I could be wrong.
2. Should I let her do this? It's killing me at night sometimes because I cannot sleep with her attached so I have to wait and keep trying to unlatch her. Am I creating a bad habit?
