i am looking for a movie

it came out in 2003
it's a story about brian keenan & john mccarthy
i can't seem to find it anywhere (online, dvd, on tv)
does anyone have any ideas?

Have you ever seen a physical copy of a region 1 (US) dvd of this movie? From the looks of it, it was never made. You'll have to fork over some cash for a region 2 (UK, etc) copy of the dvd--
