Missing Thread?

There was a thread in Lactivism, which had been moved there from Family Safety. It was about infant swimming rescue courses. I can't find it now. I see the "Moved" link in Family Safety, but I get a message that says I don't have access to the page.

It was accidentally placed in lactivism. The thread was removed because the program being discussed uses ungentle methods.
