On page 5 there is a listing of foods containing vit d and their iu amounts. Author outlines research for different diseases in association with Vit d levels.
At the bottom of page 10 (jumps to page 12) provides interesting info on breastfeeding and vit d. Says that supplementing mom with 4,000 iu of vit d per day shows increase in baby to adequate vit d levels.
