My 4, almost 5 month old baby has been very fussy the past few days, waking shrieking at night, has had constant green watery BMs at every diaper change (previously he was going every 2-4 days always yellow), a red butt from the BMs, itchy red eyes and itchy nose, and tons of drool and teething signs. He's had all the teething signs for weeks now, but this is ramped up.
The symptoms sound like a dairy issue to me-- but would it come on all of the sudden like this in a matter of days? My diet hasn't changed at all. I know diarrhea can be caused by teething... could that be it? New cat allergy all of the sudden? (family history of that, grandmother bad and father a little bit) I gave him tylenol (dye free) for the second time in his life from all the screaming, could the green poops be a reaction to that? Could he have a virus?
Now would be a very hard time for me to go dairy free b/c we're just about to leave for cancun! Ahhh!
