Is anyone else 100% effaced? My MW checked me and I went from 50 to 100% overnight. She thinks the baby is coming anytime. Could I walk around like this for 2 more weeks bc I am only 38 weeks? Also having prodromal labor possibly bc he has a hand up by his head.....
