editing a post in the Trading post

I am unable to edit my post in the Trading post to indicate the item is sold. I cannot reply to my own post either. How can I indicate a certain item is sold?

You should be able to reply to your own thread. I will check on that.

I keep getting this message when trying to reply to my own thread. I have no problems replying anywhere else on the board.

ferrum97, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I'm still getting the same message.

Did your paid or free one-month access time run out? The free access ended on the 13th.

I posted under the free access, but I thought you could still reply after that ended. Do you have to purchase a membership to reply to an already posted message? I cannot even reply to any other posting to say something like "Hey, I am interested. Is this still available?" I thought you just couldn't start any new topics if you hadn't purchased a membership.

My understanding is that posting to the forum in any manner is a pay for access feature. If you would like to purchase something, you can contact the member via Private Messages.

I've always been able to reply to threads, and did not have a paid membership.

Could you give it another try for me?

People should be able to post but not start threads. It was done that way so people could bump if something did not sell within the timeframe they had.

Oh cool.

I can reply to my threads, but I can't edit them (I need to mark some things as sold). Is that because my subscription may have run out?
