I got mine last week, but I did have to call and pretty much tell them to send it, two weeks after the order was in.

I just called and they offered to send it 2nd day air without asking. I'm guessing it really was just a glitch. My only issue was that I was going to buy a second set with the august code if I liked them.

Three phone calls in and still nothing has arrived Every time I call I have to start from the beginning even though I have spoken to the same person all three times. The first time she said they would call me back. Then never did. The second time I was told to call back in a week. One week later, I called back. After starting the entire story all over again and being told to "try back in a few days", I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said he was "out" and he would call me when was back. That was Tuesday. No call yet. I already had free shipping from a coupon code. My online order status is still blank. At this point, I just want my money back!

I ordered my mixing bowls on August 16. I finally called about a week and a half ago and it was the wrong department so they gave me another number. I had called from work and kept forgetting to call back. Today my package finally arrived!!! Yay!!!

I finally received mine today. I never did get around to calling either. Great deal so it was worth the wait.
