Gas, but no rash or anything...HELP

So DD has always been gassy, but it's really become an issue over the last 2 weeks. She can't sleep longer than 10 minutes at a time without gas pains waking her.

I'm at my wits end. I've been so reluctant to eliminate anything from my diet, but am at the point now where I see no other choice.

I am an insanly picky eater, so this will be relaly hard for me. Removing dairy from my diet zapa my major protein source.

So is there anything at all possible that could be causing ehr gas besides food in my diet?? Her skin is flawless, no diaper rash....

It's almost certainly something you are eating. I have had to eliminate dairy with all of my babies. Soy, wheat, chocolate, and eggs are other likely culprits. Rashes aren't even the norm with babies reacting to something you're eating unless it's wheat bothering them. That usually results in a red ring around their anus or excema, usually on their face. Try cutting out dairy, mama, it's the most likely source.

I know it's hard. I've had to be dairy free for three years out of my life for my babies. I can't complain about it anymore though b/c now with my third she has reflux and I can't eat much of anything at all; just bland meats and potatoes and fruits. I hope the dairy is all that it is. Also by 1yo most babies can tolerate milk in your diet just fine
