My last attempt at whole wheat in my bread machine was a disaster. It was awful! I was reluctant to try again, but gave it another shot yesterday.
I found the recipe here: http://www.yumyum.com/recipe.htm?ID=19364
And modified amounts (didn't have molasses or dry milk, and used regular ww flour instead of bread flower). Modified recipe looks like this:
1 c Water
2 1/2 c Wheat flour
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Butter
3ish tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Gluten
2 tsp Active-Dry yeast
The best bread I have ever tasted. It was soft, not crumbly, crust was edible (not dried out). So, yeah, if you need a good 100% WW bread recipe, give this one a try.
