Do you tip your dog groomer?

I've never taken a dog anywhere to get groomed. I made an appointment at Petsmart tomorrow morning for my 8 year old Great Dane to get shampooed, brushed, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, etc. Am I expected to just pay what they charge for those services? Or is this like at the hair salon, where I'm supposed to tip as well? And, if so, what's the expected tip?
Also, is there anything I should be aware of with the whole grooming thing?
Thank you!

I do tip, but my dogs go to a private groomer. I tip usually 20%. I have Goldens, so they do take some work, and I appreciate and value the expertise of the groomer. Her work is part of my dog's overall health, IMO. I also prefer cage/crate free, which the groomer offers.

I do tip about 20%, but I make sure to hand it to the person who actually groomed my dog. I don't think its expected, but it is a very nice gesture.

I have my dogs groomed about every 5 weeks and I tip about 15%. I also give her a bigger tip at Christmas time and overall try to make sure she knows how appreciative I am of what she does. If it was going to be a one time grooming, I would definitely tip at least 20%.

Where I worked, tips were not usually given to bath and brush dogs. However, if your dog actually got a haircut, tipping was the norm.
