Calorie comparison in types of milk

I guess I should say calorie AND fat comparison. Does anyone know (or can you site a chart or something....I don't know where to look!) the differences in calories and fat in these types of milk (I am looking for one with the MOST calories and the MOST fat for DS2) TIA, Mamas!!!

Goat's Milk
Cow's Milk (obviously, differences here would appear in whole vs. 2/1%, etc.)
Rice Milk
Almond Milk
What other options are there?? haha (oh, okay, well, I'm not talking about breastmilk as he is weaned)

What did YOUR kids drink after they were weaned?

You might want to look in to coconut "milk." That stuff is very fatty! Just make sure you don't get the juice. The juice is pretty much all water with coconut flavoring. I used it when my skinny boy was proscribed a high fat diet by a GI. I mixed it half and half with whole milk because otherwise he wouldn't drink it.

Good luck.

Personally, I don't do rice milk and almond milk because of the sugars. I just don't think they pack the nutritional punch that real milk does. We're drinking whole, unhomogenized cows' milk right now.

I just looked at www.calorieking.com, and it looks like the PP is right on with the coconut milk. Whole cows' milk is 18 calories per ounce, and coconut milk is 58! Plus, it's got something like 6 times the amount of fat.

I like nutritiondata.com for nutrition data on foods. The biggest drawback is that it doesn't have vitamin D information for a lot of foods.

We don't have a milk to drink. Dairy doesn't agree with us, and nothing else looks that great for our situation. We use coconut milk a whole lot in cooking, and it makes a great hot cocoa substitute.
