My sister is 34 weeks pregnant and she is experiencing pain in her breast between her breast and sternum like she has pulled a muscle, but concentrated like it is a milk duct. It constantly hurts when she takes a deep breath or bends over and she is thinking of going to the doctor. She says it hurts so bad she don't think she can wait overnight. I am thinking it is related to colostrum developing or something like that. Is it possible to have mastitis or a plugged duct before the baby is born?
