Weight loss, healthy (tf?) freezer meals...

I want to get back on the ball & start losing more weight. I'm 5'3'' and around 197lbs as of this morning. I was on a role, but I had a few devastating things happen the last couple months that have thrown me off track. Not good. I've tried all sorts of diets, with only weight watchers making some impact. The big thing was keeping track of my eating.

However, I don't have the time or energy to plan my meals at the spur of the moment or to calculate every morsel that comes my way. Making a meal plan that I have to cook every day won't work either, since our days are rarely predictable.

Also, the thought of regularly cooking meals, within certain calorie limits is beyond my energy levels at this point. I've had a few devastating blows the past couple months (death in the family, job instability, etc), so I'm not feeling at the top of my game, energy or concentration wise. I've thought of buying some healthy choice frozen meals but those are NOT healthy in any way. I am very sure I can spend a few days a month doing 'super' cooking events & freezing portioned meals that I can just grab. I just don't want to constantly think about food.

The thought of having breakfast/lunch/dinner taken care of, within acceptable calorie ranges & made of WHOLE foods would be a HUGE relief. I can keep track of snacks, but to have full meals I can just grab & reheat--heaven. Anyone done this? Know of any links?

Any healthy, whole freezer-friendly meal ideas? I can't have dairy (except for butter) or corn (in any form).

Thanks so much!!

No one's ever done individual frozen meals? No links/ideas?
