Domperidone and Fenugreek?

Hi! I'm new to the forum, but after reading through everyone's experiences decided to try domperidone for my low supply issues (baby is 2 months old, and unfortunately, I've had to supplement w/ formula from birth). Although I'm still supplementing, my supply has increased substantially in the few days I've been taking it.
My question is this: do people continue to take fenugreek and other herbal lactation aids along with the domperidone, or do you generally stop the other stuff once you are on the domperidone?
Thanks!

I stopped the fenugreek after starting dom and had no supply drop. Dom is awesome!!

I stopped taking herbs when I started dom. It worked great on it's own. I'm so sorry I wasted so much time and money on herbs that didn't work nearly as well.

I took herbs, including fenugreek, along with the domperidone, and noticed significantly less milk if I did not. Of course, my situation was a little different because I am post-surgery, and my milk supply needs a LOT of help.

If I were you I would let the supply get established ont he domperidone (which can take a few weeks), and then test to see whether you can drop the fenugreek without impacting your supply.

Good luck!

I stopped the herbs after taking domperidone and didn't notice a drop in supply. Fenugreek caused my baby terrible gas and dark green stools--all this time I thought it was a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance!
