occasional bottle, occasional pump?

If you pump, do you have to pump every day? Will it mess up my supply if I only pump on occasion, and only have DH give a bottle occasionally?

Nope, it won't mess up your supply, but you may have a hard time getting much milk out for the pump if you're not pumping regularly.

Nor is this really a big deal. If you have some extra ebm in the freezer, it's not that hard if you need to pump twice to replace one bottle- once before you go out and once after you get back (or the next day, if it's just to refill the freezer stash.)

My mom used to hand-express 1 or 2 bottles a week for me when I was a baby. I don't think she expressed any other times than right before and after going out for her once-a-week appointment.
