BM extra watery?

My milk seems to be extra watery these days. Is there anything I can do/eat to make it a little richer? Or does it matter at all?

If you are somewhere HOT like it is here right now (we're in a heat wave) then it is great that your breastmilk is extra watery! It's supposed to be in order to keep baby hydrated

Mine does this when it gets warm. The baby just eats more often to stay full, but he needs it to stay hydrated as well. The beauty of breast milk. Our bodies know how to make it just right for the baby.

its been in the 90s here and I've noticed that mine is thin too. Once it gets going it starts to get thicker.
