DS who just turned 9 months started wanting LOTS of bottle in the night. We have family bed and a baby who is bottle fed because of mom breast health. Up until 8 months DS had roughly 20-28 oz of formula in a day. We introduced solids and he started to ween the bottle and have cup drinks and smaller bottles from about 6 months. Then just after 8 months he wants to eat heaps at night. I mean heaps. Little one is satisfied after a 6-8 oz bottle and wants them 3 times a night. We have tried rocking and massage and slowly decreasing the amount over the past 5 weeks, but he just wakes wanting more in an hour. I am feeding him as I thought it could have been teething or growth spurt, but it is now 5 weeks later and DS is drinking 34-42 oz in a 24 hour period. It has also been hot so his appetite slows in the heat and then kicks in at night. I was wondering if anyone else has the similar issue.
