Hi all -
I'm in zone 6, and have had a rainy season with a couple of hailstorms. We had incredible yield from our zucchini, squash, cukes and ornamental pumpkins, then a lot of withering (and dropping off the vine, for the pumpkins) after all the rain.
Now I'm noticing that most things seem to be re-growing - not as robust as before, but slightly smaller offshoots, with smaller flowers, on everything, and some smaller pumpkins showing up again in the midst of the rotty vines.
Will I get additional veggies in a few weeks, or are the plants making a try at growing, but their season is over?
Jane
