Suddenly Sensitive

My nipples are suddenly very sensitive. They don't hurt. I'm just really feeling intensely to the point that it can be unpleasant. Its driving me crazy if DD tries to rub my nipple with her hand. It also is a bit overwhelming for about 1 second when she latches on. After that I just feel it more but it isn't bothersome.

Just not sure what is going on here.

My first guess is either your pregant or resuming your cycles. If you are not pg and/or are already cycling, it could be ovualtion (a lot of mamas have anovulatory cycles) My second guess is thrush, are your nipples itchy, shoot light pains through-out your breast, or tingley?

Just in case anyone comes across my post while trying to figure out their own issue, it turns out it was my period coming back. Showed up during the night and the sensitivity is almost gone today.
