I am about to save an adult male friend of mine from mutilating himself! He has been dealing with some phimosis issues and is at his wits end.

I need links to stretching info and what the heck is the steroid cream?

He's 37 and lives in the UK.

In most cases phimosis can be treated with steroid cream, surgery is not necessary.

His GP hasn't recommended the stretching and creams? I understand in the UK they're well-versed in these treatments.

He's scheduled the surgery for the 22nd of Sept.

I gave him everything I had and then some...at least he's an adult
