Goat milk BM question

Hi,
I have a 1 yr old, and we've been dealing with allergy issues for a while. Now that he's one, I"m trying him on goat milk. He seems ok on the outside from it (no eczema or hives like he gets from diary and soy) but his BMs are a greenish. They are not mucusy, bloody or a strange consistency. They are just kind of green. Frequency is the same as when he' s on donor breast milk.

Is this ok? or should I stop giving it to him? I've noticed no signs of discomfort from him but not really sure what to look for.

Is he on any probiotics? Could you try culturing the goat's milk? Any other new foods/solids? Wheat, hidden dairy?

Is it goat's milk from the store (pasteurized) or raw goat milk from a farm?
