Cancer (of whatever specific parts are cut - labia, clitoris, prepuce, etc), irreparable trauma, frostbite and gangreen would be the only medically necessary reason to amputate any body part.
Although, how one would get frostbite of the labia - without the legs and torso also being affected - I can't imagine.
