infant poop issues with allergies/intolerances

Sorry about this question, since it is about poop descriptions.
I was wondering if the mothers whose DCs had food allergies/intolerances and GI issues, whether their poops always were green with diarrhea or whether some had yellow diarrhea.
I am trying to figure out it my sons diarrhea is in regard to something I am eating or not. Thanks for the comments.

Green mucusy poop is generally a food intolerance, often dairy or wheat. High iron supplement intake could make the poop green. A LOT of spinach, might make the poop green, transiently.

In infants, green poop ain't normal.

Yellow stool can indicate that food is passing through the digestive tract relatively quickly. Yellow stool can be found in people with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).

Poop 101

How long has the diarrhea been happening, does he have a fever, any eczema, sleep disturbances, spitting up, red ring around anus, painful belching, colic crying, any antacids, any new foods/solids introduced?

It has been about once a week since the beginning of July except for one week where he had 3 days but he also cut 3 teeth that week. i asked the ped and she said since it wasn't green that she wouldn't think allergy but teething. it has been getting more often in August so i was thinking it must be something that i am eating but everything I read mentions green stool. No eczema, he hasn't woken up as often since he cut his 6th tooth, but sometimes he has a hard time going back to sleep and cries. No spitting up, some diaper rash but not a ring. He is EBF right now, has been interested in solids.
The poop has been the same color as his normal poop just all liquid, except the last couple have had some green pieces.
By the way, i couldn't get your link to work

I fixed the link. sorry about that.

I found life was better when I eliminated dairy. Might give it a try for 2-6 weeks and see if it all improves.

Any antibiotics or probiotics for either of you?

I do know both my girls had looser stools when they were teething. So if you are getting a lot of teething done, it could be that?

Are you seeing other allergy symptoms, or 'just' diarrhea?

No antibiotics. I do take a probiotic. He was suspected of having an allergy when he had green poop and diarrhea. I eliminated on an elimination diet which he was fine with. Started adding food back and I am eating food that he had no reaction to during 1 week. I haven't added everything back yet since I stopped when the poop changed.
Its predominately just diarrhea but it has been at least 1/week since beginning of July.

A food journal is the best detective tool.
