LAM Moms, how do you know you're pregnant?

So we're doing LAM, and doing it by the book. But if I did get pregnant again, how would I know? Has this happened to any of you ladies?

I've never come close to being able to practice LAM. However, I've gotten pregnant while breastfeeding three times and it's always hard to tell.. especially since nursing helps so much with morning sickness for me. I vote for the cheap HPT. You can buy reliable strip tests for about $1 each online.

I was just thinking of stopping in the dollar store and buying five or ten tests since I find myself wondering every now and then. My cycle returned at 13 months with dd1, and this one is only seven months. I just get twinges sometimes and wonder -- am I about to ovulate or get my period...could I be prego. Now I won't feel so silly buying those tests.
