I know this probably isn't the best grain mill, but is it worth it for someone who wants to try grinding her own grain to see if she'll keep it up before spending a lot of money on a nicer grain mill?
EDIT: I just found Sue Gregg's website...I'm eager to try, but I have a question:
How do I take an old recipe that I love and soak the grains, etc? How do I know how much grain to put in? What do I do with the xanthan gum (we're gluten intolerant)? Do I need it?
