Orange Oil and want to help me with the salad dressing recipe?

I remember eating this dressing at a restaurant about 2 years ago and it was fantastic. They finally disclosed the ingredients on there menu and I would like to replicate it at home since there 1000 miles from me I can't just walk in and order some to take home.

My first question is, what is orange oil? Would that be orange EO? I googled it and I'm not finding it outside of killing termites and cleaning.

Any thoughts on measurements to try?

Olive oil, orange oil, garlic, Honey or simple sugar, lemon juice

Found this. Looks like you can substitute orange zest if you need to.

I find orange oil (lemon oil, lime oil) in the baking section of specialty stores. It is highly concentrated, so comes in a tiny little bottle - I've had my bottles for years, just pop them in the fridge. The brand is Boyajian, and I'm pretty sure Baker's Catalogue carries them, and I know Sur La Table carries them if you can't find them locally.

It looks like a very basic honey vinaigrette with a touch of orange oil - seriously it's a matter of a couple drops. I'd work on getting a good balance of oil/acid/honey/garlic and once that's good then drip in your orange oil.
