Quarantine or $1000 a day fine for refusing the vaccine

I didn't translate that as 1000.00 fine for not getting the shot. It was a 1000.00 fine for not being quarantined. All it said about the vaccine was that it was to be made and distributed. I didn't hear "Vaccine to be made and distributed to all people". We on the no vax side have to be careful not to use the same misleading wordage that the other side gets away with.
I took what the broadcaster was saying as if someone has swine flu, and has been told to stay home instead of spreading the disease, and they refuse to do so and go to work at a restaurant lets say, they can be fined.

I agree that its creepy and they seem to be over stepping their bounds. I saw a documentary on HBO about vaccinating children in India for Polio. These people were very aggressive knocking on peoples doors, telling them flat out that if they didn't take the drop (OPV?) that their little ones would die. I picture this as a possibility with this ridiculous "pandemic" but I'm not freaking out yet. I guess I just figure that they don't have enough shots for everyone, so they can't go around fining, arresting, etc those that don't get it. The whole thing seems to be getting blown way out of porportion all around.

It is definitely scary to me... Here is the full document.. I havent read through it all yet... They dont mention that they are going to be forcing the vaccines on everyone. But this worries me that they could be going to people's home to try to get them to take the vaccine..
