Can you use a Mini Machine to make CDs?

Nevermind. We have decided against the mini and have the Sew-n-vac store help us with either trading down with a machine that I abhor that is in my house, or getting a cheap used one there that will definitely do the job.

I guess minis tend to have stitches that aren't too great, so I decided that this isn't the right machine. Kymberli

Oh, that is cute. Yes, that is the machine I had seen. But, DH went out and got me a lifetime machine, so I am really busy getting these MANY diapers done. I have even learned a thing or two. :: My new thing today was using the hemming foot. Next one will be using the free motion, but I am familiar with that one. :: It doens't look like he is making diapers though. Kymberli

neither of us can sew..thankful for all the tutorials...
drool for big machine with hemming foot etc...must be tut's on how to use those too

Oh, both diapers are cute, but the pocket is REALLY nice. I bet it looked great on baby. It is good to know that a mini would work. I know that there are ppl that sew for one purpose only, and so an expensive machine would be a waste. My DH has big dreams for me though, so he really went all out. I have sewn for pay before, so he really wants me to take it a step further than just a hobby and come up with a business name and all. Having 8 kids isn't enough to keep me busy? LOL I get backed up on my children's quilts when I start sewing for others though, so I am trying to be sure to spread my time out to work on the UFOs while doing a project here and there for pay, and then just taking care of everyday things with the kids. Time is such a special commodity. LOL Kymberli
