Ikea Ekorre Childrens Swing

Why can I not find this swing on the IKEA website? I really want the swing, but is there a safety concern that caused them to removed it off the site? Thank you

We have the Ekorre swing, we bought it in the store 3 years ago, and they still had it the last time we were there- so I don't think there have been any recalls...
It seems to be very safe. We have it hanging in our basement, and ALL of the kids adore it. I have a 1,3,4, and 5 year old and they all use it, no one has ever fallen out, and after 3 years of hard use the swing/ hardware are still in perfect condition.

It is still on the Canadian Ikea website. We have the ekorre hanging chairs, not the swing, but the rope attachment system is the same & it is absolutely solid. And my kids LOVE the hanging chairs as a refuge.

We just bought on in Schamburg Illinois....it was not available online (US)- in stores only. Can wait to put it up!!

A friend recommended this swing to me. She said it is just sold in stores, but not on-line. Ebay sellers willl sell it at a marked up cost. A friend is going to buy one for me the next time she goes to Ikea and I'll just reimburse cost and shipping.

We have one and it is one of the best purchases we've ever made for our daughter! They still sell them in the stores. I saw them Thursday.

we have been looking at getting this for DS. Now that i have read all the reviews i think when we have the extra money i will head to our IKEA store and get one.

It's available in the Vancouver store. I've got a friend there that I'm going to hit up to buy and I'll reimburse.
