How does it work & can it be replicated? I love my ergo, for it's ease of use, and am due again in December. I was wondering if I can pull the Ergo out of the closet right away, especially since now I'll have a newborn AND a toddler. I also have a Hotsling, but DD #1 never liked that except in a hip carry when she was a little older, so I'm not as skilled with that one.
