Has anyone done this? It's $30 but seems it could be such a time saver!!!!

There's a gfcf menu planner from the TF/Price perspective from a user here at MDC, here's her info...

I think it's a great idea - we've had so many other intolerances besides gluten and casein to deal with that it likely wouldn't have worked. I wish she had some sample menus up, I'd like to see what she offers. I'd find the grocery list particularly helpful!

I'll check out the other link too, thanks Tanya.

I'm very interested in simplifying how much I have to focus on food at this point - I'd rather spend time cooking with my kids, and less time in the planning/buying/stress what to eat part.

Tanya-I signed up for that and paid but it's been about 3 weeks and I still have not recieved recipes so I emailed her about a week ago and still have not heard back
