No, I'm not, because I have no idea how to shell the stinkin' things. And I don't feel good after I eat the shells. I *love* pumpkin seeds, but haven't found any raw, shelled ones that I could soak. I tried sprouting some recently, and they got funky pinkish mold or something on them, half didn't visibly sprout at all, the others had huge sprouts forming, and I still couldn't get the shells off. What's the secret?!?!

I buy mine already shelled from a local Amish farmer who has a wfs on his farm. They're organic. I know some people said they order them online. Just keep them in the fridge (or freezer) to keep them fresh.

I get my pumpkin seeds from a co-op, but I know that Whole Foods has hulled pumpkin seeds in their bulk section (at least, the one here does). Also, you could probably find them in a Mexican grocery store as pepitas (or even in the Mexican section of your local grocery store).

We eat a LOT of pumpkin seeds.
