Performance: Wonderful, I have only used it for one cycle but it took one day to realize that I needed to flip it inside out to make it short enough to be comfortable and it is wonderful. I didn't have a single leak or any problems getting it in or out. I can't imagine going without it already and am looking forward to my next cycle.
Quality: sturdy yet flexible

Customer Service/Communicationretty disappointing but it all worked out in the end with lots of patients.

Customer Service/Communication: excellent in the past

Would you purchase this product again? I hope I never have to, but if I lost my Diva Cup I would immediately buy another.

Product name: Diva Cup

Brief description of product: silicone menstrual cup

Store/Site of purchase: Local health food store

Price: ~$40 Cdn

How long have you used this product? 5 years
Fit/Sizing: size 1 (the small one)

Performance: Works very well. It's nice and soft and comfortable enough. I do have some issue with leaking. I do have heavy periods. I could only fill the cup half full before I had to change it. But then it also happened with other cups I've tried, so I don't think the issue is with this brand or the size. I have a large sized cup (another brand) that leaked a lot more.

Quality: It's still in good shape after 5 years. Mine has no stains or any color change. Though I heard that's not the norm and color change is expected.

Customer Service/Communication: Haven't tried to communicate with them

Would you purchase this product again? Probably not, I have bought two other cups and doubt that I'll wear them all out before menopause.
