tetanus - do I need to be concerned at all? unvaxed baby

My crawler baby girl was crawling along the line of the carpet and tile and got poked by a carpet nail. This is inside our house. It made a tiny scratch that exposed flesh but no bleeding. its a very superficial dot type thing.
She is unvaxed - do I need to worry about tetanus?
I washed it with water and soap and I am going to put some antibacterial ointment.

What you guys think?

I doubt that I would have tetanus laying around my carpet? We have no animals.

This doesn't sound like a tetanus type wound. Maybe it didn't bleed because it is too shallow to bleed? I really wouldn't worry about tetanus. Sounds like you are taking care of it just fine.

thanks! that is what I am thinking. I mean this is a teeny tiny poke with a tinsy dot of red that I can't tell for sure is even blood. My husband rolled his eyes and laughed. Of course I have to worry I will keep an eye on her but I am not overly worried. If I was in a farm or something I might be more alarmed. It is not the metal itself that has the bacteria right?

tetanus spores usually are found in the soil....what you have described is nothing to be concerned about
