Already I got the paper asking permission for my kids to get both the flu vax/mist and the H1N1 vax
: they wont be doing it until November but they want to know now so that they can get enough doses in for everyone.
For the flu vax you get a choice between either the vax or the mist and the H1N1 is to be given twice 3 weeks apart. Both my kids will be staying home that day which I hate doing since they only get 10 days a year to miss without possibly failing
: but I will not risk my dd's life on a simple mistake (she has egg allergies so cannot get either vax due to the egg content).
Dang it why do they even do this during the school day at all
: then I wouldnt have to worry about it.

: I really dont think that a mistake will happen but there is a chance that it would. Crap happens as they say. Her teacher this year is already PO'ed at me because she has left early twice so far and will be missing all day monday. *sigh*

Im IMing w/ my sister ( an ER nurse who is NOT flu vax friendly) about IF I should send him to school that day

Did you want to know if there was a choice with the n1h1 shot or mist? If that is the case then all I can say is the shot is the only option listed. For the regular flu vax it is listed as both shot and mist.
