Running a raw milk drop point...liable for contaminated milk?

I'm asking you guys because I figure you all go to raw milk drop points more than anyone else I know!

I run a small drop point for a certified raw milk dairy. It is perfectly legal for me to do it, and raw milk is legal here in Wa. Someone in my family is concerned that if someone were to get sick from milk they got from me, they might sue me. Now, aside from the fact that raw milk is safe etc etc, would I really be in trouble for distributing it if someone got sick? I realize none of you are lawyers, so I'm just looking for opinions.

Thanks!

It is possible that someone would sue you (although you would most likely be named as a co-defendant with the producer), but your liability would depend on what you provide. Like if you only provide space in your garage for the producer to drop of their ice chest and pickups must be made within an hour or two of the milk arriving from the producer so the only thing you are actually providing is a physical location for the drop off, you would have a different responsibility to the safety of the product than if you provided refrigerator space, or a chilled vat they could pump out of.
