Can employers require employees to get the swine flu vaccine?

The title basically says it all. Can a (private) employer require its employees to get the swine flu vaccine? Sorry if this has already been asked... I didn't see it when I looked...

I believe they are leaving it up to the states. But you can always refuse I just don't know whether they will be able to fire you?

I've heard of doctors and nurses refusing the flu vax. They just had to sign that they refused although one nurse also refused to sing the paper. From what I've heard this year a few more are going to refuse and also refuse to sign. It's getting interesting in some areas.
