Does this make any sense? A possible swine flu vaccine plan

Hi all,

I've been thinking about how to best protect my little ones, if swine flu turns into something bad, without giving them the vaccine, since I'm wary of it. NOne of us ever get the annual flu vaccine.

BTW, my kids are both pretty sick at the moment, something I don't usually expect in August, and it's gotten me thinking about this more seriously.

So...I'm thinking, what if my husband and I got the vaccine, but the kids did not? My thinking is this - I have heavy contact with the public in my job, as does my husband. In my case, it is unavoidable. My oldest will be in preschool three mornings a week, but it is a small place with good sick-kid policies (no guarantee, I know, but still), and my littlest will still be at home.

Does this plan make any sense? Would it help protect my kids from getting sick?

Not so sure...even if the vaccine works and neither you nor your DH get sick, it is all over surfaces and you are still likely to bring it home.

i have a plan... i always have a plan.. whether it works is another story but that is life...

my husband works.. he changes his clothes and takes off shoes downstairs... shower... and if i plan on being preggos we will sleep seperate.. (Ill deliver the baby on my own if i have to .. i will not let them vaccinate me... those creepy doctors.. i don't trust any MDs anymore... i am so sick of MDs trying to vaccinate me and my family with every new injection that comes out...)
but there is never a guarantee..
if he is obviously sick he stays downstairs... i believe we've conquered the first round... not too worried about it.. i have been stocking up on supplements... so i know they are here and not sold out at store.. but we dont' go to public school... thank mamma earth!!!... and the neighbors kids will not be allowed over... I am avoiding people who are vaccinated if i can help it because i believe its the vaccine that is going to spread this.. pharma is worried about mutations.. then vaxing should not be the way to treat this.. but it's more profitable... they create the disease and manufacture the cure.. which will actually create the disease.. what a profitable scam... sorry but the way swine flu is being portrayed.. they are so sure it's going to come back with a vengence.. it's sounding more and more like they are purposely creating the pandemic.. ugh... i'm disgusted


how many billion have they sucked out of the government?? what a careless and increasingly corrupt system.. billion! they are bankrupting us... all those corporations are.. they need to be kicked out of government... fast .. we should not be spending billions on a mild flu..
