Hard boiled eggs
rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins
granola bars
plain yogurt with fresh fruit and granola
fruit salad

We've got 4 small ones too so I feel your pain!

Muffins, fruit salad (make it fruit tabouleh by mixing in bulgur wheat soaked in juice overnight), yogurt (make yogurt parfaits with fruit & granola the night before, if you like - fancy).

I have four, too.

oatmeal (quick oats for school days)
fruit
toast/bagels/english muffins (my toaster just broke but broiling them takes 3 min!)
cereal
waffles/pancakes (I freeze them when I make a batch on the weekends)
scrambled eggs (doesn't take too, too long)

also, on the weekends we usually make a huge brunch with things like potatoes, tortillas, bacon, green chiles : and such, so I try to save leftovers to reheat the next day or two.

All in all, breakfast from start to finish tends to take less than 15 min. on the weekdays. Usually 5 is preparing it, 10 for the kids to eat -- so not too bad. I cleanup after I send the older two to the bus stop.

eta: ah, forgot about muffins. We had those this AM which was super fast since I made them last night.

my kids usual breakfast is...

Sprouted multi-grain bread with raw butter and manuka honey (sometimes with raw butter and turkey breast or raw butter and raw cheese) or sprouted hemp bagel with raw butter. Fast and nutritious.

If they don't want the above, they would eat Perfect Food bar (Red Rasberry) or some raw nuts. Rarely, it's banana or multi-grain pancakes with nuts and coconut.

What I do when we're in a hurry is put some oats (just plain old rolled) in a bowl, cover with water, and a small handful of raisins, and pop in the microwave for a minute or so. When it comes out, I add a teaspoon of natural peanut butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon and some chopped nuts (usually almonds) and top this with milk. Quick and satisfying - and my boys love it!

Good old scrambled eggs and toast always gets gobbled up here too - scrambled eggs cook super fast....we sometimes roll ours up in a tortilla and top with salsa and cheese.

Forgot to mention...

Our "chocolate milk" (which is simply raw cow milk mixed with a little bit of chocolate organic hemp milk) is a part of my kids breakfast on a daily basis (also super quick--mix in a cup and ready to go--and pretty nutritious).
