A very UNPLANNED C SECTION

Hi all!

I have great news! I got my new puter!! I have been without for over 6 mos!
AHHHHHHHH

Anyhoo, love this place!

Ok I was preggers with baby #2 and so ready for a very natural birth, I had many complications with #1 being 5 weeks earlie and all....
so at 37 week and feeling VERY uncomfortable dr said, weel if you dont go by next vis w'ell do a ultra sound just to see how big this baby is. well yup i made it to weeks 38 and ultra sound came back with a .....drum roll please............ 10 pounder!!!

omg I almost $hitt right there. No wmind you Im a very small girl, a whole 5 1/2 feet and 125 when im NOT preggers!

so that next morn at 707 Rick Daniel was born at 10 14oz 22 1/2 inch long! ouch ladies LOL
he had no nothing... thank u very much



no eye stuff no vit k no hep NOTHING and boy was that a struggle..
any hoo just thought i'd share

im thinkin about takin up smokin so #3 will be a low birth wieght lol JK!!!

danny is 3 mos now and he is in 9mos clothes nursing round the clock! GO DANNY!

Monkey, I wanted to tell you that I am sorry that I re-evaluated your own birth story in another thread (I couldn't find it or I would have apologized there).

It was inappropriate for me to tell you that you could have birthed vaginally without any other knowledge of your situation. Even if I had all the information, it would be highly inappropriate to criticize anything about your birth. Sometimes black and white writing isn't enough - it's about recognizing that you are not asking for feedback on your birth.

I am sorry if I offended you in any way. And, to the other women on this board that I did offend, I am sorry.

u are doing your job by telling me what u think inapropreate or not this is what u do for a loving correct?
and hearing my story u immediatly jumped into super pamamidwife mode and whanted to belive that I could have had another entree for my son. well, what are ya ganna do? I had a c section and now thanks to u and many other woman opn this board i will be making a MORE INFORMEND decion next time around.
