That was good. I had read some of it before.. it is time people learned the truth. I can't believe some of this corruption is still going on, all these years later.

Yes...great list.

I found the fish oil bit confusing however....I was under the impression that fish oil (EFA's) are good to take all the time, yet here they are said to be immunosupressive?? I take fish oil as does my son on the reccomendation of a ND so I would love to know more about this...very confusing to me
