I actually think their estimates on the percentage of parents affected by PTSD is pretty low, but without reading the study I would guess those are just the numbers for severe issues. Still a good read, and probably validating for many parents who have been told to just "get over it."

I'm a NICU nurse, and my nurse manager forwarded this article to all our staff nurses (I was going to post it here but someone beat me to it). A great (but sad) read, and confirms what I've suspected for years.
