My boss's dog is having seizures, and they went to a natural vet, who wants their dog to take some chinese herbs, but they are really expensive through her. Does anyone know where one could buy them at a cheaper rate or through a wholesaler that will ship here to the USA?

I'm not sure if they carry Chinese herbs, but we use this natural pet site: http://azmira.com/Products.htm
If they don't have what your boss's dog needs, maybe a local acupuncturist/CMP can point you in the right direction. Mine recommended herbs to me, and instead of selling them at his cost, pointed me to the place downtown where he gets them. IDK if there are any local shops in North Texas, but I'd imagine with the popularity of acupuncture you could probably find someone. (If not, and you're really stuck, I'm in AZ and can send you our shop's info. I'm sure they ship...)

If you know what herbs, I can look at our distrubutor and see if they carry them. Just let me know here or send me a private message. The holistic vet in our practice dispenses lots of them, because some are used in vet med and not human side, they can be hard to find. There are some that she brings back from the far east in her suitcase.

Thanks!
I looked at the website, and they dont seem to carry any chinese herbs. They are looking for specific products.
My boss is actually a chiropractor and was trying to get his own account set up with the distributor to get them at wholesale price ($12) and not the retail price of the office ($75!!!!). But they will only sale to licensed vets.....eventhough he does chiro work on pets. Its pretty messed up.
Nicole i know one is called long dan something or other? They are both for seizures. Ill lwk what they are when i go back to work on Monday.
