I had a dog kind of similar looking, but much bigger (about 75 pounds at her healthiest weight, she lost a lot of weight in her last year or two). She looked like a Dingo, we named her Dingo even! I once found a breed called a Carolina Dog, and I'm pretty sure that's what mine was, although she was slightly taller and heavier than the breed standard.
Anyway, your dog's ears reminded me, and something about her face. My dog wasn't nearly as slim/trim as yours, she wasn't fat, but just filled out more (more like a shepard).
