2nd PPAF - Is this clotting normal?

I started my second PPAF today. My daughter is only 5 months old and EBF, but I got back AF the first time when she was 13 weeks old, and 69 days later here I am with my second PPAF.

I was shocked to get it today, because only a few days ago I had EWCM. Anywho, in a matter of 2 hours, I bled through a Super Plus tampon, and through my shorts. There were a couple of clots about the size of a prune in there. Is this normal? We are hoping to TTC again soon, but have *not* been preventing.

Luna, at the very least, I think you should call your provider (MW or OB) and tell them what's going on. You could become anemic from losing blood at that rate. My FPPAF was this way, and for 4 days I bleed like that, I couldn't even leave the house because I ended up ruining my clothes. Have you taken an HPT to see if you could be or been pregnant? It might just be from 69 days of build up in your uterus, and AF after O'ing 5 days ago could be normal and you just have a short LP right now. Some times it takes months to rebuild an LP. GL mama!!
