DS has started eating a fair bit more in the way of solids in the last week since we started supping zinc. He last pooped on Sunday - it was transitioning with some solid-like clumps but mostly puddingy. He pooped in the potty this morning - it was his first actually fully-formed poop. It was plenty soft - yellowy swirled with green... but a few blood flecks. In all of his 16 months, dealing with intolerances, funky mucousy poops, diarrhea, etc. - we haven't seen any blood until now.

So, right now we aren't seeing any other reaction type symptoms aside from these little blood flecks, except for three little raised bumps on one cheek which I don't even know that I'd call a reaction type thing. He's sleeping fine, which poor sleep is usually our big heads up that we have a problem. Would this at all be possible that these blood flecks are part of the normal spectrum of what to expect with the first formed poops, or do we have another intolerance that I need to figure out? Or should I call the ped because it might be something else?
