Hello, I have been ttc for 2 years now. I have been through it all, hormone testing, hsg, us, and finally Lap surgery inwhich my md found stage 1 endometriosis and he said he removed it and I should be able to conceive normally. Well, it's been 3 months since my surgery, I have a +LH surge every month and still not pregnant. Also I never had endometriosis symptoms and now I do. Anyone going through the same thing????
