No, your post had nothing to do with it.
I got an alert yesterday. Calls are being made to an area, where its certain a raid is being set up.
It pays to be discreet, thats all.
Although some states do not have to worry as much as others.

Yea, ive never given my source, not even through PMs, i just gingerly direct people to realmilk.com and to the local grassfed buying group and they can apply there accordingly.

Moving to Canada is not a good idea because we can't get legal raw milk here neither. At least, not where we live.

Shortly after, they were raided and held at gunpoint (children and all).
They ripped apart their home, and even took all their personal freezer food, because they "might be selling it", not to mention all the perfectly legal co-op stuff, that had been pre ordered and paid for by members.
This kind of stuff is just insane. I really don't get it. This is what our tax money is paying for too.

hmm... i wonder how much big agribusiness is lining the pockets of these "agents" to encourage this behavior.. Disgusting.

This is how it is with Lyme docs too, can't list their names or locations so they don't get raided & lose their licenses.

I think this is a fantastic reminder. In our state raw milk availability has always been somewhat tenuous. It looks like it could get worse very soon - it seems that some local organic co-op types that sell milk in the stores may have some role to play in it. With this issue and the FDA's issue with a small food provider - in light of the bigger food-safety issue at hand (that impact far more people) it seems like an odd set of priorities...and rife for lots of conspiracy theories.

I heard it wasn't the FDA doing this but rather, big business, commercial dairy farmers trying to push out the small, raw milk farmers.

Well I'm going to 'out' my raw milk supplier... WHOLE FOODS

It's nice to live in a state where you can just buy it at the store.

I live in a state where it's commercially available. The bad story is I have seen articles on mercola, natrual news, etc. talking about how the FDA has raided the two largest raw milk suppliers in my state (the two that distribute it commercially), try to bribe employees to trap them, etc.

I pray you will always be so fortunate
Sadly, the push to fully outlaw raw milk becomes stronger everyday.
More and more farms are lost every year, even in legal states, due to supposed infractions.
There is a reason the FDA has loose and vague written laws.
It allows them lots of wiggle room, in applying the law to each individual.
And its considered legal.

Yes, it sure is.

I really hate the US and their f***ed up food laws. I live in the dairy state, and I know in the last few months all the raw milk providers have been raided by the department of agriculture. They have decided to interpret the law differently, in regards to cow shares, they are now illegal. The raw milk dairies have had to hire a lobbyist to try and get legislation written to make raw milk legal in our state. I hope it works. I find the whole thing ridiculous. We can buy raw meat, and eggs, and can be trusted to prepare them "properly" but we can't buy raw milk?!!

The only reason this is an issue is because of big agra business. They get mad when a small family dairy farm is making $3/gallon(or more) for raw milk, instead of .50cents(or less)/gallon selling it to them. It all comes down to their bottom line, we the consumers don't matter at all to big agra business. :

I appreciate and am protective of my source. Early on, with another source, it was clear that the source was at risk, but was committed to providing high quality nutrition to those who were able to come and get it. I was in awe of someone who could be so commited-it's no small thing.
