Where do you buy your prefolds in Canada?

I bought a bunch of the Bummis prefold from a popular online retailer here, but honestly I'm not insanely happy with them.

I do think I'm going to stay the course and just use prefolds for this new little babe of mine, mainly because I have invested heavily on diapers in the past and never really liked the results (none of my kids skin tolerates fleece or poly).

So anyways, is there a secret source for great prefolds in Canada? I don't really love the fact that the Bummis have gone organic and are all unbleached... I've washed mine at least ten times to prep them, and they still don't feel great.

Also, my little man is almost too big for these infant sized ones that I bought when I was pregnant. He was 10 pounds one ounce at birth, and at two weeks old he is well over 11 pounds. These dipes just can't contain him!

Any ideas/suggestions/sources would be very much appreciated!

(My DH would just as soon we say the heck with cloth and go 'sposie this time around, but I'm quite determined to make it work on a dime!)

I got mine at http://www.nhdcanada.com and they are excellent. I really like the fact that they are unbleached and their overall quality is top. I don't know if they still have the same deal, but I got 4 free covers with my order of 3 dozen prefolds about ten months ago. The covers were so good that I didn't have to buy any more! I found their shipping cost a bit high but overall it was really good value.

I'm not sure what the shipping costs would be, but Little Lions has very affordable prefolds and I do believe they ship to Canada. If the price is good it might be an option even after shipping (I don't know if there's any duty as I haven't had the opportunity to order from them myself).

I bought retired diapers from my local diaper service. Some of them are quite ragged, but they do the job and are as soft as they will ever get!

Little Lions are really soft (or at least the unbleached ones I have are). They have bleached and unbleached.

The price for 12 LL pfs + shipping is less than the total cost (pf's +shipping) from the few places I checked that are in Canada.

If you buy less than $20 worth of product, you don't have to pay customs. You can get 12 pfs for less than $20 at LL.
